Professional Profile

With extensive experience in education, psychotherapy, and coaching, I bring a unique blend of skills to my role as a coach for international educators. My journey has taken me from the UK to China and Kazakhstan, where I have worked in various educational settings, including secondary schools, further education, and international schools. I am committed to fostering strong, supportive relationships through understanding, honesty, and transparency, while continuously pursuing personal and professional growth. I value diverse perspectives and aim to create a culture of mutual respect, helping individuals realize their full potential through supportive and challenging coaching.

My Approach

I believe in empowering educators through Gestalt coaching, which emphasizes awareness, the here-and-now experience, and a holistic approach to personal and professional development. My coaching style is grounded in empathy, trust, and mutual respect, aiming to foster positive change and growth in both individuals and teams.

 "Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart.

Who looks outside, dreams;
who looks inside, awakes."
